DuvaSawko recently acquired abeo in December 2020 to increase their suite of RCM and practice management services. With the new DuvaSawko|abeo merger with Gottlieb, the group is taking another important step in its journey to provide industry-leading RCM services across key healthcare verticals in the United States.
Michael O’Boyle, DuvaSawko|abeo CEO, will serve as CEO of the combined entity. Management of both DuvaSawko|abeo and Gottlieb will be retained and will be meaningful shareholders in the combined company.
